Markus Marquardt makes role debut as Alberich at Semperoper Dresden

Markus Marquardt adds another significant Wagner role to his repertoire by making his debut as Alberich in Das Rheingold at Semperoper Dresden in Willy Decker’s production of Der Ring des Nibelungen, conducted by Christian Thielemann. This will be followed by Siegfried on January 30 and Götterdämmerung on February 1.
